Delicate : Give it to someone else.
Drop : Don't do it
Schedule : Do it sometime else
This framework is great as a framework but it is not completely practical. This framework was not helping Ankur Warikoo completely.

- Now for all decisions you have to make about time, You have to make 8 decisions.
- He believes that Time is an Allocation. We should not think about not doing some of these things. We are humans and we should do all these things like watching something, playing or having fun otherwise.
- Wiser decision will be we should be doing all these things. Because we are humans, we live life.
- The question is how much time we should focus on these levels.
- Measuring where you spend your time on a daily basis will improve your Time Management.
- When you start Measuring something, you automatically reach there where you want to be.
